The Consultation Portal allows you to make comments online.

You may be required to register your details in order to participate in certain consultation events.

Any personal Information you provide will be held in accordance with the obligations and principles of the Data Protection Act 1998 and in accordance with Northampton Borough Council’s Data Protection Notification with the Information Commissioner’s Office (No. Z5256045). 

However your name and/or comments may be displayed publicly. The privacy settings can be viewed in the Information area for each consultation event.

The information you provide will only be used for this, and to advise you of other consultations. You will be asked annually to refresh you details.
